The Kindle 10 was released by Amazon in 2019 with the model number J9G29R. The Kindle 10 is also known as “Kindle 10th generation”, “Kindle 2019”, “Kindle Basic 3”, or “Kindle Basic 2019.” It uses E-ink technology and has a capacitive touch screen. It comes in two colors, black or white.

I replaced the broken screen, installed a new one and it stays like this, is there a solution?

It’s an extensive list of steps to try for lots of situations and they recommend watching all the way through before starting from the basic steps and progressing through until you have one that works on your device.
